week 14

Raiders at Chargers ***Thursday Night***

When the schedules came out this could have potentially been a good matchup.  After 13 weeks we now know that it isn't.  LT has been absent all year, but Philip Rivers hasn't been that bad.  The Raiders are not any good but did show minor signs of improvement.  Pick - Chargers

Jaguars at Bears

The Jaguars not only have been a disappointment in the NFL, but they have been a huge disappointment to me.  I seem to pick them every week and they seem to lose everyweek.  The Bears need this one more so I am going to go with them.  Pick - Bears

Vikings at Lions

The Lions should not only lose the rights to the Thanksgiving Day game they should lose the franchise.  It won't be a surprise to anyone when they select a wide receiver with the first pick overall in the draft.  They are a horrible horrible team.  Pick - Vikings

Texans at Packers

The Texans were impressive in the Monday nigt debut but will now run into a roadblock in Green Bay.  Pick - Packers

Browns at Titans

I still don't think the Titans are as good as everyone else does, but I do know the Browns are bad.  Pick - Titans

Bengals at Colts

The Colts have been pretty quiet all season long.  Now it is time for them to remind everyone that they are contenders.  Pick - Colts

Falcons at Saints

This will be a good one.  There are MVP talks coming out of Atlanta for Matt Ryan.  I am not sure if they will be able to live up to all of the talk.  Pick - Saints

Eagles at Giants

The Buress mess will not be a distraction at all from the Giants this week.  They will take care of business on the field and inch closer to clinching home field for everything but the Super Bowl if they haven't already.  I haven't been paying attention.  Pick - Giants

Jets at 49ers

The 49ers beat my Bills in front of my own eyes last week.  I am not sure that they will have the same luck this week when they are playing a team that actually has heart and the desire to win.  Pick - Jets

Patriots at Seahawks

The Patriots couldn't be any luckier with the light schedule to finish out the year.  The Seahawks are terrible.  Pick - Patriots

Chiefs at Broncos

The Chiefs need to pack their belongings with the Lions and join the AFL2.  Pick - Broncos

Dolphins at Bills ***In Toronto***

I have no interest in picking the Bills this week but I said in the beginning that I will never pick against them.  This is as close as I can come without actually doing it.  The Bills are "Home" against the Dolphins in Toronto.  I spoke with several people when I was in Toronto last weekend and none of them are happy about this.  I don't blame them.  I just read the JP will most likely be at the helm which is good news for the Dolphins.  The Bills only put three points on the board against a terrible 49ers team (With me in attendance), which should make Miami salavate.  Noodle arm Pennington will get it done, but I am still picking the Bills.  Pick - Bills

Rams at Cardinals

The Cardinals can clinch the Division with a win.  What a perfect time to face the Rams.  Pick - Cardinals

Cowboys at Steelers

Sweet matchup here with the Cowboys facing the Steelers.  This is a past Super Bowl rematch but the Steelers will get revenge.  Pick - Steelers

Redskins at Ravens

Joe Flacco and company will get it done against the Redskins and remain in the hunt.  Pick - Ravens

Bucs at Panthers

Not a bad matchup.  For fantasy football reasons I need Delhomme to light it up against the Bucs.  Pick - Panthers
